Hi, I'm Umer Hayat
A 35 years old, blessed with incredible life experiences and proud dad of two daughters that have shaped who I am today.
It’s surreal to realize I’ve already completed half of my life, but instead of worrying, I feel grateful — because I’ve spent it doing what I’ve always dreamed of.
My First Step
Where It All Began
I was born and raised in the beautiful city of Rawalpindi, the fourth largest city in Pakistan.
I come from a happy, warm, and ambitious family that always believed education is the key to success and growth.
However, I’ve never fully agreed with that belief — because I think success goes far beyond a classroom or a degree.
My Struggles

To me, success isn’t determined by education, but by one’s ability to use their talent and creativity effectively.
I’ve seen countless degree holders earn less than those who never finished high school — and many who dropped out go on to build empires.

Chasing the Dream
Driven by my desire to achieve something meaningful in internet marketing, I started my journey from scratch.
I spent days and nights reading PDFs, taking online lessons, revising my plans repeatedly, and enduring sleepless nights learning SEO and digital marketing.
There were moments when I felt lost and overwhelmed, but quitting was never an option.
I had no plan, no funding, and no background in marketing — but I had belief, dedication, and an unmatched work ethic.
The Hustle That Paid Off
I worked like crazy when I started — and I still do.
Working seven days a week never bothers me, because I genuinely love what I do.
Every setback, sleepless night, and struggle eventually paid off.
Through consistent effort and learning, I transformed from a curious beginner into a self-taught marketing expert and founded my own agency, Hukumat Networks, in 2007 — built entirely from scratch.
